Setting an example for others in the industry is the top priority, and when we became Certified EcoBrokers, in September of 2006 there were about five local EcoBrokers, now as of September 2008, there are over Sixty!  The Green movement is very popular right now and those with a true commitment do more than just act the part, we get involved in our local community, and live modest, sensible and sustainable lives outside of our businesses.

We also offer the highest commitment to the clients we represent, by working as Agents, not transaction brokers. The difference is like a personal coach and advocate, compared to just a referree, who has no loyalty to anyone. How can you trust someone trying to work both sides of the transaction to look out for you? Yet, this is a very common business practice in our area and even company policy at many local and national brokerage firms to work only as transaction brokers to protect themselves and their brokerage firm from the liability that comes with the full commitment as an Agent. Ask your Agent if they are, in fact, an Agent. When you work with us, we will represent you and only you, and never try to work both sides. If you are interested in one of our listings, we would refer you to another Agent to represent you and not both sides.

We go far beyond just showing property in hybrids, when possible we can set up biking and walking tours of homes.  We also can capture digital video tours of homes,  which are posted on http://www.YouTube.com/FcRealEstateBroker . This is the ultimate time saver, you pick the home, and we generate the video tour on any listing in the MLS.
