We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint as we show homes to our clients.  As busy Agents (and Certified EcoBrokers), we can log as many as 7,000 miles in a  month, and showing homes in a Hybrid Gas/Electric vehicle is a big step in the right direction.  We also have implemented the use of GPS enabled Navigation Systems to ensure that the routing of multiple showings can be done without any wasted miles. The net result is 50% less fuel consumption compared to traditional Realtor vehicles such as SUV’s and luxury sedans.
